Established since 1995, we are fully trained and qualified to deal with enquiries away from the norm, even though standard cleaning enquiries we receive can also be taken on board. A lot of the work we carry out is in partnership with Housing Associations and our Local Authorities, highlighting our support for the local community.

Working with the housing association also allows our team to completely clean properties before they are due to be viewed by potential tenants.
We also provide a highly effective pest control service for areas or customer
that may require it. Different varieties of vermin that can provide problems
for you, including wasps, cockroaches, pigeons, rats and mice, can
all be maintained and prevented from causing further problems in an extremely
safe and secure manner.
We always look to survey all work required without charge, and can submit
a free report and price if required. We are fully insured and members of
Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA), The British Pest Control
Association (BPCA), The National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA) and
have been member of Construction Line since 2005.
